Large Group Visit Request Form

While our main priority is our prospective and incoming student visitors, the Office of Admissions is able to offer a limited number of Large Group Visits to our local area high schools and community partners each year. The visit consists of an informational session about the University of Tampa and a UT student-led campus tour. Please submit your request at least 60 days prior to your requested visit date.

Are the students in your group comprised of high school students?

Large Group Visits are limited to high school student groups only. We are unable to consider your request. Due to space limitations on campus we ask that you respectfully refrain from large group self-guided tours. Thank you for your understanding. What is your requested visit date? Please note large group visits can only be accommodated at 11:30 AM Mondays through Fridays and only on days the University is open. Summer hours may affect this schedule.

The Office of Admissions is unable to arrange dining accommodations on campus. Please contact our Dining Services Manager, Sharon Lerum at slerum@ut.edu or (813) 258-8632 to make arrangements. Dining Services accepts cashless payments if you choose to explore our on-campus venues independently.

While we will attempt to accommodate your large group visit request, it is not guaranteed and is based on UT representative availability.
